The situation

“ I am interested to change my factory light to LED lights. Existing we use 400W High Pressure Sodium high bay luminaries. A higher level of light is required for working area.

The solution

According to industrial light level standards, machining working area is 350lx-500lx, warehouse area is 150lx. 

We use Dialux to make a lighting simulation for the customer. 200W LED high bay lights replace 400W HPS high bay,  LED high bay design with 110 degree beam angle which provide a more uniformity lighting in working area,  no dark space.

You can use simply mounted the new LED high bay light use the same hook that the old HPS high bay light fixture was hung from. Simply connect the wires, or use a connector to connect L,N and Ground wires. 

The result

LED high bay light is very energy efficient, each new light fixtures use 56% less energy than 400 Watts HID lamps. 

The ROI

At operating 12 hours a day, and 5 days a week , 12 cents per kWh, each light fixture will cost about US$6.3 per month on operate, each new LED fixture saves over $14.75 per month in electricity, so the LED lights will pay for themselves within 11 months including shipping costs.
