How to Replace a warehouse light by LED high bay light?
1. Check the working voltage before place an order, make sure the working voltage suitable for your warehouse. Mostly 85-265VAC enough, but different country have different working voltage, even same country have different working voltage for different application. Such as USA, home lighting usually consider to 120VAC, but industrial lighting consider to 277VAC or 480VAC, some also need 250VDC. It is very different. So check your working voltage before you purchase any replacement energy saving LED lights for your warehouses.
2. Now you get a LED high bay light with good brightness, correct working voltage, then we start use a LED high bay light to replacement traditional warehouse lighting fixtures. Turn off the power to the switch at the main circuit breaker of fuse box. Test by flipping the switch on to make sure the power is off.
3. With a screwdriver, loosen the four screws from the high bay light heat sink, put the reflector holes into loosen screws, turn to the right place, and tighten four screws. Install the reflector to LED high bay light body as below:
4. Find out the hook and screw-in the hook into hook’s hole on the top of high bay. In order to prevent the hook on the LED high bay falling from the installation site, please do not forget tighten the screw of the hook before hanging the LED high bay light.
5. Put the LED high bay light fixture into existing high bay lighting fixed hanging hook. Find out the power supply wires, Brown color wire is Live Wire, Blue color wire is Null Wire, Yellow and Green wire is Ground Wire.

Yellow and Green- “Ground wire”
Correct connect the wire with a wire connector, “L” connect with Live wire, “N” connect with Null Wire, yellow and green connect with Ground line, tighten the screws both up an down. If you can not find wire connector, you can using insulating tape or insulating sleeve to protect the joint connect point. Or directly order correct plug for your LED high bay.
6. After above operation finished, and then turn on the power.
