What is the different between your LED corn lights with other suppliers?

In today's market, LED corn light looks like all the same, but price very different. We got some emails asking what is the different between your LED corn lights with others?  We do not have any old customer asking about that, most of them already purchase sample to test, and directly see the differences. 

TEKLED have more than 5 years which is the first manufacturer who producing High Power LED corn lights in China. In few years ago, most people focus on home and commercial lighting, such as LED bulb, LED tube and LED spotlights. TEKLED notice so many high power Metal Halide and High Pressure Sodium Lamp used in so many places, and the power consume very high, usually a high bay light fixture is very expensive at meantime. TEKLED started developing and manufacturer LED corn lights since 2008, And after 1 year and half test, they started produce mass products. Initially, they just provide 2 years warranty for the whole lamp. Every design need to continuous improvement. On first generation LED corn light just provide brightness 80lm/Watt (@ CRI>70), today, our LED corn light provide 120-130lm/Watt (@CRI>80)

Usually we do not willing to say compare with other manufacturers, you know, every design have their advantages. 

We have been test same wattage 100W LED corn light with other suppliers.
1. Brightness different. TEK LED corn light lumen output upto 121.7lm/Watt
2. Heating solution design different,  TEK LED useing stamping fin style heat sink with a big size cooling fan for heat dissipation. Well control temperature below 65℃.




3. Driver different-- TEK LED corm light driver all using imported good quality material. 
4. Most LED corn lights copied our designs, but want to provide a cheaper price, so they do not use heat sink or do not have thermal pad.

New Integrated LED high bay light

New Integrated LED high bay light In Desember 2013, TEK Lighting launches a new series Integrated LED high bay light. They have 120Watts to 300Watts LED high bay light available in this series, which designed to replacement 250Watt to 600W MH traditional bay lights. The new designed integrated LED high bay make with waterproof and dust proof IP65 grade, suitable for use both indoor and outdoor applications. Integrated LED high bay light heat sink use excellent quality aluminum, vacuum cavity of the thermal conduct, even one heat sink after more than 28 processes to make sure every piece of fin perfect connect with thermal cavity together, and whole heat sink connect without any screw and glue, in order to prevent the glue problem and fail down the heat sink hurt people.
