Project: 150W LED high bay light replacement 400W metal halide high bay lighting fixtures
The Expectation
Customer want to use industrial LED lights to replacement current 400W high bay lighting fixtures in workshop. The luminaire install in a 9 meters high ceiling, consider to the high cost of maintenance for replace lamp and ballast, customer searching for a long lifespan LED lights to replacement current 400W GE lighting high bay lighting fixtures.
The situation
Luminaire before: GE lighting 400W Metal Halide lamp, high bay lighting fixture with ballast. (Lamp model: KRC400/D/VBU/960 metal halide )

installation Height: 9 meters high 
The solution
According to customer current lighting information, we got the lamp model from the picture and checked the datasheet, lamp power consumption 405.66W, 23500lm,effective luminous flux 16450lm. lamp need to run with ballast, whole lighting system power consume 460W.  We prefer to recommend our 150W LED high bay light to replacing existing 400W metal halide industrial factory high bay lighting fixture, power consumption in total 150Watts, luminous flux 18750lm.

New Integrated LED high bay light

New Integrated LED high bay light In Desember 2013, TEK Lighting launches a new series Integrated LED high bay light. They have 120Watts to 300Watts LED high bay light available in this series, which designed to replacement 250Watt to 600W MH traditional bay lights. The new designed integrated LED high bay make with waterproof and dust proof IP65 grade, suitable for use both indoor and outdoor applications.
